Ajman’s Al Zorah Beach Welcomes the Global Champions Arabians Tour 2025

The majestic Arabian horse took center stage in Ajman, UAE, as the first leg of the 2025 Global Champions Arabians Tour (GCAT) unfolded against the breathtaking backdrop of Al Zorah Beach. From January 3rd to 6th, this prestigious event launched the second season of GCAT, bringing together the world’s finest Arabian horses to compete for top honors in a competition renowned for its integrity and excellence.​

With a total season prize pool of €20,000,000, the stakes were high as elite competitors from around the globe vied for glory in one of the most celebrated locations in the Arabian horse world. The United Arab Emirates, with its deep-rooted tradition of breeding world-class Arabians, provided an ideal setting for this premier showcase.​

A Legacy of Excellence

The event featured expert judges evaluating each horse on five key criteria—type, head and neck, body and topline, legs, and movement—each contributing to an overall score of up to 100 points. Beyond individual class victories, horses earned points throughout the season, culminating in a chance to compete for the prestigious Supreme World Champion title at the end of the year.​

“The UAE continues to be a cornerstone of the Arabian horse world, and Ajman’s Al Zorah Beach is a fitting stage for a competition of this caliber,” said Faleh Al-Nasr, Chairman of Global Champions Arabians Tour. “With the success of last year’s season and Ajman Stud’s AJ Kayya securing ‘Horse of the Tour’ in 2024, the excitement for this new season is palpable.”​
