This Friday, February 20th, after morning halter classes, everyone is invited to visit the Argent Farms stalls, at WestWorld for an open barn and stallion presentation after morning halter classes where you will see some of the leading stallions of the world today. Visitors will see Al Maliik (Marwan Al Shaqab × Maya El Jamaal), Justify (Magnum Psyche × S Justadream), *Kavalle MI (Gazal al Shaqab × Karess), RD Dynamo (Bey Ambition × TF Falsonsimprint), Spitfyre VF (TF Psymreekhe × Red Flame BRSB) and Sttardom (Justify × Afire Star).
Don’t miss this opportunity to see these stallions for yourselves. One of them may be the perfect match for your special mare.
At this time of year, breeding and stallion services are on everyone’s mind. Wednesday evening was the Scottsdale Signature Stallion Service Auction. The event was very well attended with the services of 80 stallions up for bid. These sires represent breeders from around the world and they are among the finest producers of halter and performance show and breeding hoses. The monies generated from the auction go into a futurity fund, which will be paid out to the resulting foals that are nominated and compete in the future Scottsdale Signature Classes. The high selling stallion service this year was QR Marc, which sold for $16,000.The totals for these 80 stallions are still being calculated.
If you were not able to attend the Scottsdale Stallion Service Auction, it’s not too late to participate. Visit the AHAA booth on the Northwest corner of Wendell Arena where you will find bidding forms on a select group of stallions’ services still available.
The schedule for this afternoon will included Scottsdale Signature Stallion classes, which will feature the offspring of the nominated sires, The payouts are amazing! Don’t miss this opportunity.
