At the 2009 Scottsdale Show Magnum Psyche pulled off that most impossible of all Arabian horse feats, he was the Scottsdale Champion Stallion and Supreme Champion and one of the show's Leading Sires in a number of categories.

He was the sire of offspring that won five Championships and five Reserves Championships. In Halter, DD Crown Jewel (x Crown Victoria) was Champion Halter Mare JTH, Fantastica HVP (x Taamara HVP) was Reserve Champion Halter Mare JTH and MM Magnum Butterfly (x Flameworthy) was Champion HA Halter Stock/Hunter Mare. AD Magnum S Jewel (XXX Juliette) was second in the Mare Halter 8 & Older, DD Crown Jewel won the Mare Halter 4 & Over JTH, Fantastica HVP was second in the Mare Halter 4 & over JTH, MM Magnum Butterfly was second in the HA Filly Halter 3 & under and won the HA Stock/Hunter Halter 3-Year-Old Mares and was Reserve in the prestigious Scottsdale Half-Arabian Supreme Championship.

The 2009 Scottsdale Show is the first time that offspring of Magnum Psyche actually had more major awards in performance than in Halter. Alerro+ (x Tuscany Bey) was Reserve Champion in the AAOTR 55 & Over. Captain Magnum (x HR Bellena) was Champion Hunter Pleasure AAOTR 55 & Over, and Reserve Champion Hunter Pleasure Limit Rider AAOTR. HJ Famoso (x Poetry SMF) was second in the Western Pleasure Junior Horse Stallions and was the SSS Western Pleasure Maturity (5-Yr-Old) Champion, JK Magnetic (x JK Angelbasksko) was Reserve Champion in the SSS Western Pleasure Futurity Horse, and Truly Magnetic CB (x Dar Nuba) won the Western Pleasure JTR 14-17 and was Western Pleasure Champion JTR 14-17. Truly Magnetic CB was also Reserve Champion SSS Western Pleasure Maturity (5-Yr-Old).

Magnum Psyche took home 32 Top Ten awards at the Scottsdale Show, 10 in performance and 22 in Halter. Top Ten winners in Halter included *Fausto CRH (x FHF Xante) in the Stallion Halter 5 & Over AAOTH, Amadeus DMA (x BT Cyndarella) in the Yearling Halter Junior Colts AAOTH, Barrister BFA (x Barrista) in the Gelding Halter 2-Year-Olds and the SSS Gelding Championship 2-Year-old ATH, Bay Oaks Psyignet (x Kisha) in the Mare Halter 8 & Older, Ccover Girl (x La Diva BSA) in the Filly Halter Three-Year Olds, Fantastica HVP in the Mare Halter 6 & 7-Year-Olds, LLC Magdivine (x La Diva BSA) in the SSS Yearling Filly ATH, Magnificent PPA (x Contess Olenska) in the Mare Halter 4-Year-Olds, Magnum Sensashahn (x SH Shalia Bey) in the Yearling Gelding Halter, Magnum Showcase CRF (x Ames Mirage) Gelding Halter 3 & 4-Year-Old AAOTH, Magnums Angel JD (x OFW Heaven Sent) in the Mare Halter 5-Year-Old, Magnums Fire At Will (x By The Grace) in the HA Gelding Halter 4 & Over JTH, Mazi Bay (x Zava) in the Yearling Junior Halter Fillies, Monticello (x Patrice C) was Top Ten in both the Gelding Halter 7 & Over JTH and the Gelding Halter 5 & Older AAOTH. He was also second in the Gelding Halter 5 & Older. NBW Angels Kiss (x BHF Dark Angel) was Top Ten in the Mare Halter 6 & 7-Year-Olds, PA Magnanimous (x Memphis NA) was Top Ten in the Stallion Halter 8 & Over, SR Paper Lace (x Paper Chase) was Top Ten in both the Mare Halter 5 & Older AAOTH and the Mare Halter 8 & Older, TN Mariani (x NC Fametasia) in the Mare Halter 6 & 7-Year-Olds, Ultimate Magnum (x Ultimate Monisah) in the Mare Halter 4 & Older JTH and Xanthuss (x Ames Mirage) in the SSS Two-Year-Old Colt Championship.

In performance Alerro+ was a Top Ten in the Western Pleasure Championship, second in Western Pleasure Stallions and fourth in Western Pleasure AAOTR 55 & Over. Captain Magnum was Top Ten in the Hunter Pleasure Junior Horse. He also placed well in four performance classes and took a fourth in Sport Horse Halter. LL Magnum Majestic (x LL Basketura Fame) was Top Ten in both the Western Pleasure AATR 18-39 and the AAOTR 18-35. Magnums Fire At Will actually did well in both Halter and performance, taking Top Ten awards in both areas. He was Top Ten in the HA Hunter Pleasure Championship, and the HA Hunter Pleasure AAOTR 36-54. Magnums Three Heart (x Mystic Moment) was Top Five SSS Hunter Pleasure Futurity Horse (3 & 4-Year-Olds), Psytation EA (x Truly Fame Miss) was Top Ten in the Hunter Pleasure JTR 13 & Under, the Hunter Pleasure AATR 40 & Over and the Hunter Pleasure Championship AAOTR 36-54, as well as taking a third in the Hunter Pleasure 13 & Under and a 6th in the JTR 13 & Under. Printz W (x Brass Princess) won the Hunter Pleasure Novice Horse, Magnetic Pashahn (x Pashahnata) was third in the Western Pleasure Mares, and Magazyne (x Zynfandel) placed in the AHA Hunter Seat (not to jump) Medal JTR 14-17.
